We use a range of quality assurance equipment to ensure that our electroplating and surface treatment processes meet the highest standards. Some of the equipment we use includes:
X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) Analyzer – This tool is used for measuring the thickness of plated deposits, ensuring that they meet the required specifications.
Elcometer – This microscope allows us to examine the surface and structure of plated parts at a microscopic level, ensuring the quality and uniformity of the plating.
Glossmeter – We use a glossmeter to measure the gloss and reflectivity of plated parts. This helps us to ensure that our plating process is consistent and produces the desired finish for our clients. The glossmeter is an essential tool for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of plated parts, particularly in industries such as automotive and consumer electronics where appearance is critical.
- pH Meter and Titration Equipment – We use these tools to monitor the acidity and alkalinity of our plating solutions, ensuring that they are within the required range for optimal plating performance.
Photometer- This advanced photometer is a key tool in our quality assurance process. It enables us to quickly and accurately measure the color and concentration of plating solutions, ensuring that we maintain precise control over the plating process and achieve consistent results. The PF-12Plus also has a user-friendly interface and is compact, making it easy to use and transport for on-site quality checks.
